We deployed our AI agent in an afternoon. Customers started getting instant, accurate answers and our support volume dropped by 40% in the first week. It just works.

Our AI agent handles everything from product questions to order tracking. It understands context the way a real person does — customers can't tell the difference.

We connected it to our knowledge base in minutes. Now it answers questions we used to spend hours on, and it keeps getting smarter the more it's used.

Who founded Kiro and why?
Kiro was founded in 2019 by two engineers who were frustrated with how rigid and robotic existing AI tools felt. They believed conversational AI could be smarter, warmer, and genuinely useful — so they built it themselves.
Where is the Kiro team based?
We are a fully distributed team of 40 people spread across 12 countries. We have no central headquarters — just a shared Slack, a strong async culture, and a belief that great work can happen anywhere.
Is Kiro profitable or venture-backed?
Kiro is venture-backed. We raised our seed round in 2021 and have been growing steadily since. Our focus is on building a sustainable, long-term business — not chasing growth at the expense of the product or our team.
How does Kiro approach AI ethics and safety?
Carefully. We have an internal review process for every major model change, and we are committed to transparency about what our agents can and cannot do. We never deploy features that could mislead users or obscure the fact that they are talking to an AI.
Does Kiro work with enterprise customers?
Yes. We have been serving enterprise customers since 2022 with dedicated support, custom SLAs, and role-based access controls. If you have specific compliance or security requirements, reach out and we will walk you through how we handle them.
How can I join the Kiro team?
We hire slowly and intentionally. We are always looking for people who care deeply about the craft and want to build something that lasts. Check our careers page for open roles or send us a note if you think you would be a great fit.
